You
wake up one day,
and
think beige―
economically gather all the color
and drop it at Goodwill―
because you're taking the plunge, baby.
Or maybe it just comes gradually,
over several laissez-faire years,
one well-crafted piece at a time.
When the hair goes all-white,
salon-beige is the politically correct option―
or at least something in champagne.
It's easy since there's no bother
with coordinating wardrobe― it's all the same.
"Honey, does this make me look
beige?"
