Choose a ripe one;
wrap fingers around each part.
Push down, slow at first,
then grind hard, on the sombrero.
Pump, until juice shoots,
seeds cinch in the grooves.
Salt the lip; add tequila.
Drink deep, and repeat,
until all thirst is quenched.
