Autodidact

The series of unending locks
becomes the frame on which to hang
bedtime notes, a transparent
mosquito net.

Confluence comes easy.
The splendor of merged silence
breeds a suite knowledge,
an exultant tutelage.

Everything is understood.
I think about the tender lessons,
how each lock is picked and turned –
the unbridled learning.
