There's got to be a way to get more exercise and not give up any of
my blog time. I think I'm going to have to break down and invest in
one of these nifty workout desks. Whad'ya think? (I kinda look like
this in the morning with my glasses, anyway.)
I know this isn't in English, but it's better this way.
Hi Willow,
ReplyDeleteVery brave of you to take this on. Is this the way you deal with aging gracefully?
Best,
David

That's one crazy desk!
ReplyDeleteI agree. It would be great to get more exercise without giving up the blogging time!
lol. let me know how that goes... nice find. hope you had a great day!
ReplyDeleteLOL - You should tell Joshilyn Jackson about this. I'll be we could incorporate it into the BetterU program.
ReplyDeleteHilarious! And I thought I get tired after a day at my desk! ~Lori
ReplyDeleteLOL!! I have the same problem! Blogging requires sitting - not good!
ReplyDeleteLuv the workout desk ... but what about coffee tea and eating a bagel? And doing apps on the iPhone?
ReplyDeleteWillow - I have added your site to my blogroll and have also left you a surprise on my site.
ReplyDeleteIt has been too long since I've watched some old Woody Allen movies...Thanks for the laugh!...and the reminder that I need to get out there walking again!
ReplyDeleteOh, you are something,
ReplyDeleteI almost spilled my morning tea over the keyboard (and I was not exercising ... not yet!).
I loved listening to the Italian,
makes Woody's freestyle desk exercise even funnier! :-)
Thanks! :-)))
Is that Woody Allen?!
ReplyDelete...that desk looks kinda dangerous...
I have heard that sitting with correct posture is actually a nice work out for the tummy area. I keep trying to do this but after about 5 minutes I'm back to slouching.
Your last post was so heartbreaking, all the more because it happened to so many.
ReplyDeleteAs for exercise, dogs are good, they won't take no for an answer and insist on being walked on the dreariest of days.
Woody Allen cheered me up.
Soon you will look just as you did in the charming photo on your sidebar!
ReplyDeleteI'm just walking the dog a lot which gives me a healthy appetite for cake and so forth!
I love the way your mind works WIllow - multi tasking all the way - just like me! Any excuse to stay on the computer and not go outside for the run that I most definitely need....xv
ReplyDeleteTell you what Willow, you try it for a few months and let us know how it works. I'll wait.
ReplyDeleteWith Woody leading the way, what could go wrong?
ReplyDeleteWas this technology before or after the orgasmatron??
Hey I want one of those. Looks like fun! Does Woody Allen come with the desk?
ReplyDeleteThat kinda looks like me at the gym.
ReplyDeletethis is so funny. hope your experience with exercise goes a bit more smoothly. spring/summer time is definitely the time to be away from the desk and out in the fresh air to my mind.
ReplyDeleteWillow you're right; 'tis better in Italian! Haven't seen this in years. Still a hoot!
ReplyDeleteHello Willow,
ReplyDeleteA moment a light entertainment is worth 15 minutes of exercise!
I want one of these! Cool post :)
ReplyDeleteHave a great day
xoxo
Hi Willow!LOL!Have a nice day :)
ReplyDeleteYes, but I would prefer a chair that could just massage the fat cells away! I walked six miles today -- in glorious sunshine -- but this effort is barely stopping the rot, and certainly not reversing it.
ReplyDeleteI often think of the phrase, "Blogging Botero Booty."
Yes, it was a rough, LONG winter, but my lawnmower doesn't have an engine and neither does the antique cultivator I use to plow through the corn rows, this is working off the blogger booty, ever so slowly, it's the tan I'm working on now(farmer tan)...
ReplyDeletePS.. I'm with you, the door stays green, are we hopeless romantics or what?!
I think the answer is not to emulate Woody but to get up, take that camera and go out and walk, walk, and walk some more .. take pix while walking ... its amazing how good walking is as exercise ..
ReplyDeleteYou're right! It IS even funnier in Italian. Now I'm thinking Roberto Benigni!
ReplyDeleteKat
too funny!! and too much for me! haha but you go ahead and have fun with that! ;) LMAO!
ReplyDeleteI see your walking log has disappeared - has it gone into the past? Dogs mean daily walks and come rain or shine that's what we have to do with the bichons. Mind you, it's not helped my blub at all.:)
ReplyDeleteThanks for making my day! That was too funny.
ReplyDeleteI agree it wouldn't be as funny in English...or without Woody! tee-hee! I like Derrick's thought. Let's just laugh instead of exercise!
ReplyDeleteOMG! still laughing!
ReplyDeleteThat's hilarious!
ReplyDeleteI'm not surprised that you didn't get into "Australia". It's had some canning here and I'm not at all interested in watching yet another outback cattle movie.
Hi! Willow,
ReplyDeleteWhat a very funny clip!...
Willow said,"I think I'm going to have to break down and invest in
one of these nifty workout desks. Whad'ya think"hmmm...I don't know because in the end things kind of, ran amok!...but, you are right about the language it was better to watch Woody Allan, in action without the men speaking, English, but communicating in a foreign language.
Thanks, for sharing!
DeeDee ;-D
Blogger Blub?
ReplyDeleteAck.
I'm hitting the gym after this.
PS
I still remember your hilarious post from last winter, of that voluptuos woman in the painting.
I heart Woody. Gad I haven't seen that movie since it was in the theatres... yes, I AM old. Now I want to see it all again.
